#1 Copper- 12 Gauge or Larger, clean. Picture a standard Pencil Lead.
#2 Copper- Smaller than 12 Gauge. Most Copper pipe. Burnt #1 with residual ash is #2.
Sheet Copper- Thin, non-wire copper. Approximately as this as a sheet of paper.
Heavy Brass- Typically RED in color. Used for Industrial Purposes.
Light Brass- Typically YELLOW in color. Used in lighter-duty applications.
Radiators- Copper and Brass. Typical Automotive Radiator.
Copper Aluminum Radiators- Copper and Aluminum. Typically found in Air Conditioning Units.
Electric Motors- Motors wound in Copper.
Compressor Motors- Sealed unit with copper motor from Air Conditioning Units.
Ballasts- Electric Box found within Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures.
P&S- Plate and Structural Steel. Typically construction materials. Examples: I-Beam, Catwalk, Dozer Blades (Non-Cutting Edge), etc.
#1 Steel- Hardened Steel. Dozer Tracks, Cutting Edges, Steel Semi-Truck Rims are examples.
#2 Steel- Thinner metals. Some examples include Auto Parts, Bicycle Frames, etc...
Cars (Whole)- Complete Vehicle with Motor and Transmission included.
Cars (Shell)- Incomplete Vehicle with NO Motor or Transmission.
